I do love the lipglosses from NARS. They have a wide range of shades that last a long time. The only thing that I don't like is that one a couple of the shades that have shimmer in them, the shimmer tends to feel gritty on your lips. I have Belize and Gothika lipglosses and they have that feeling. But on the creamy ones feel great on the lips. Expensive but a fantastic buy.

This gloss is the perfect gloss if you are wanting a long-lasting, high-pigmented gloss. I was a little unsure about paying $24.00 for a lipgloss...but since this gloss does not have to be applied frequently, it has the lifespan of about 2 tubes of other gloss. It also comes in a larger tube (larger than MOST drugstore glosses) which is great! GREAT MAKEUP INVESTMENT!!!

One of my lip color HG's for sure (Rage is my fave color) but don't be mislead; this is not a gloss in the traditional, shiny sense. It's a very opaque and sort of matte product which stays on for hours.



It can be a bit drying on the lips. Also remember a little goes a long way- you only need a dab! I recommend using lip liner with this product to resist feathering (NOTE: it has a tendency to end up on your teeth so watch out for that).

I have always had good skin, which was nice...but now I have GREAT skin. I've been using Ocean Salt(which literally smells like the ocean)for all of three days and WOW. Works better than anything I've tried before. I've been using it twice a day followed by Skin Nanny and it works like a charm. I normally have really tight itchy dry skin and this doesn't irritate it at all, even used so frequently.

This is probably one of the best cleanser/exfoliaters i've ever come across. It smells great and it leaves your skin feeling so soft. The best thing it that it's not over abrasive. I received my Black Vanilla Leave-In Conditioner yesterday. Considering I ordered this product on New Year's Eve, it was an incredibly LONG wait to receive this product. Nonetheless, I tried it out on my 3c/4a hair last night. The smell is tolerable (kinda earthy) and my bottle leaks if it's laying on it's side. I sprayed this on sections of hair before I dry flat twisted. It doesn't leave a build up and the spray concentrates the product exactly where I want it. This morning, I took out my twists and I must say, they had more "spring to them" and they were soft too. I may have found a great leave in....

I love my NARS Dolce Vita lipstick. Most of my lipsticks get used occasionally -- but this one is an everyday staple, and I always use the entire tube. The formula is fairly creamy, and I would say it is about average in how long it lasts. Not as long-lasting as most long-wear lipsticks, but not nearly as drying, either. I don't think of it as a matte finish, as one reviewer noted -- seems more creamy and moist to me, not too shiny, but definitely a tad shiny. The Dolce Vita color is a neutral pinky-brown. It gives me a little bit of color but doesn't give the look of being made up. It's a very natural-looking color on my medium-fair skin. I usually wear much deeper colors so I was a little surprised by how nice this looks. Now it has become an everyday staple. I like the container, also. It's fairly small and very sturdy -- the cap stays on when I carry this around in my purse all day, the case has never cracked. It is a tad pricy -- and though I like it, I wouldn't call it amazing or life-changing -- which is why I held back one star.

I don't understand why so many people gush over NARS products, as I've always been disappointed by them. The lipstick is no exception. Yes, the colors are great and NARS offers a wide assortment, but the product is very drying and doesn't last long at all. I suggest trying Stila or Too Faced lipstick instead, which are my favorite brands.

I bought this product mainly to try the foundation primer. It's OK, but I won't go and give it any miracle properties. It seems to dry the skin and leave it with a powdery feel.

The item I liked the most was the eye liner brush. The neutral liner colors were easy to use, and kept my look natural.

I don't think this kit was ment for skin over 40. If you have minimal skin flaws it would be good. Age spots and wrinkles it doesn't help;)
