I have used the Babe Cake for over a year and not had to buy more... until I dropped it! When it hit the ground it all popped out in a million pieces. I was so sad! I loved how (with the Benefit Get Bent brush)I could make a thin line for work make-up, a rebellious thick line for rock concerts or do cat eyes for a sultry look, really easily. The brown was always too light for me personally but I could mix it with a little bit of black on the mirror half to make it darker. It didn't crack, peel, fade, pull, stick, run, or bleed. It just isn't waterproof beacause you have to mix it with water to put it on.

Well worth the price because you won't have to buy it again for a year or two.

I also am allergic to some eyeliners like Mary Kay, buy I have never had any problems with Benefit!

I'm almost forty, so it's hard to put pencil eyeliner on. I remembered that Clinique used to have a great cake liner, but it's no longer available. I've been slowly switching to Benefit products and like them better than clinique. This cake liner goes on easy and stays put. It doesn't bleed into fine lines, nor does it pull your skin as you apply it. I use philosophy brushes, but any good eyeliner brush will do.

I was very surprised when my package arrived and my Posietint Mini was a sample sized product. The words "Not for Sale" are even printed on the packaging. Despite the amount received, I did really like the product. It was easy to apply and the color smoothed out well. It also lasted longer than I expected a sample to last. I wouldn't recommend spending money on a sample, but if you can get this product for free during a Benefit Cosmetics promotion, it's a nice treat.

Hoola is a great bronzer without giving that overly bronzed 'fake' look! Just brush a little on here and there and you have that pretty tanned look! Make sure to tap or blow on brush before applying. I have medium/olive skin, in the winter I can get pretty pale for me, so I will maybe put a little on to give a slight glow or warmness. In the summer it just adds to the natural warmth of your face from the sun (I always use sunscreen of course!). I am on my second box of Hoola and the first lasted me YEARS!!! Overall. awesome product!! :)

It should be known, right off the bat, this product is NOT for people with oily skin, as it is very rich and hydrating. I have skin that is on the drier side, and this stuff works great. I wear it both night and day. The texture of it is pretty thick and rich, but not greasy on my skin.

Two people on here mentioned acne breakouts. I've always had acne prone skin and I breakout no matter what. I did not see an increase in breakouts by using this product and I wasn't using it to magically cure my acne (after all, the product makes no claims about helping acne disappear) but I was using it to keep my skin hydrated and thats exactly what it did. My skin is now much softer and smoother than it originally was. I'd love it if benefit were able to turn this into an acne helper, too, though, because it really is a great product and it could be even better. But if your looking for something to keep the skin hydrated. I'd def recommend Dear John.

This was a no-go for me. It made me break out REALLY bad. I have never seen my face look so bad as it did after using this product for a couple of days. It smells ok. It's really thick and greasy and if you can't return it, you're probably better off using it on dry skin (e.g. elbows, knees).

I have to admit I did not think I would find a moisturizer I liked better than Clinique dramatically different...I was wrong. This is light and fluffy and not the least bit greasy...I tend to have oily skin, except around the eyes, and occasionally my cheeks. I use a dab of this and any flakiness is gone, and my face looks dewey and smooth, not shiny, and greasy. I use a bit under my eyes at night and a bit under the makeup during the day...I have gotten compliments on the smoothness of my skin...I am nearly 50, and have a youthfull complexion...I am sure this moisturizer will help keep that up.

She Laq has made it possible for me to wear eye makeup! I don't wear much makeup, but I like to accent my eyes. Before, my eye liner and mascara would "fall" to my cheeks, and under my eyes, looking horrible after an hour or less. Not even waterproof products or expensive brands made a difference, but She Laq holds my makeup on ALL day. I can even take a nap in my mascara and eyeliner and it won't smudge or run. AND the best part is that is washes off easily with water/soap. I have really long lashes that hold a lot of mascara, so this product is a "Must-have" for my makeup drawer. This stuff is horrible! I did my eyes for a night out and brushed this on top of the shadow to lock it in. It smeared and ruined my makeup and actually glued my lower eyelid to my upper lid so I could not close my eye!

Once I got it unstuck I had to redo all my makeup.

I NEVER return cosmetics but I am returning this. This is by far, the worst new beauty product I have ever tried.

i love using this product for eyeliner - it really makes it stay on for a long time. however, using it for lips makes my lips feel dry and sticky and it really didn't stay on. and, using it for eyeshadow made my eyelids feel sticky and very creasy.



but it really does work well for eyeliner and comes off w/ eye makeup remover. it doesn't bother my contacts either.
