I bought some of this for myself and absolutely loved it! It smells so incredibly good! It reminds me of a head shop not that I ever frequented them, but I've smelled them from afar! Very hippylike! I loved it so much that my dear husband bought me some of the other products in the same scent for Christmas (alongwith more soap)! It's a very decadent gift!

Lush advertises its Karma line as balancing, invigorating, with a bit of bohemian flair. Indeed, it is all of those things. It's a difficult fragrance to explain- definitely well-blended and multi-layered. The best description I can give is that the oranges give an uplifting sparkle while the patchouli grounds the fragrance. It's much more than a sum of it's parts- in fact, I think it's possible to hate one of the components and still love this perfume. I am no fan of patchouli, but really like Karma. I've been in love with this scent since I first smelled it in a Lush shop in 2001. Lush sells its Karma fragrance in a variety of forms, but I think I like the soap best. It's a little lighter on the perfume, and lingers on the skin, especially when using it to wash hands.

I am not sure where I go when I inhale deeply, but I am no longer in the shower. Follow this with the Skin Sin lotion and you will enter a little bit of heaven on earth. Also delicious to use in a bath with sea salts and patchouli, orange slices optional, but you might crave the taste of oranges while using this soap.

Wow! This smells like lemons and grapfruits and yumminess. Defintly a scent winner.



The problems I had were that it melted fast. Really fast. And the peels in the soap made it crumble really easy also. It wouldn't wash down my shower drain and kind of got glued there if I didn't clean it up right away.



The scent didn't linger long on my skin, but I cold smell it in my bathroom hours later. I wish they would just make this into a perfume. Beatiful!

If you like lemon, you'll love this soap! The scent is perfect - I almost want to take a bite from it! It cleanses well without a bunch of lather, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't get super soapy. It will melt fast in a shower - I recommend as a soap you keep at your sink instead.

If you like citrus scented things, this is for you! I relaly enjoyed using this soap, the scent is great and it cleans my skin relaly well. I do, however wish Lushs soaps were 100% natural (hence the 4 stars), and while I do appreciate the lemon peels that are embedded throughout this bar, it makes the soap fall apart and not last as long. I think this one lasted about 2 weeks in my shower until it crumbled into a soapy, chunky mess.

This is the first Lush soap I have tried - and now I can't wait to try more! I received a sample when I went in to buy thier Big Shampoo and Veganese conditioner (also very highly recommended). I tried it a couple nights later to wash my hands - and was at the mall when it opened the next day to buy a big chunk! :) Not only does Sexy Peel have a wonderfully refreshing lemon/citrus smell it makes your hands so very soft! (It also leaves a great smell behind...I couldn't stop smelling it!!) It has a great, soft lather and small pieces of citrus peel in it. I am now a Lush 'convert' and can't wait to try more of thier products!

This (to me) smells like strawberry cotton candy. It's VERY sweet. If you're not a fan of super sugary scents, steer clear of this one...if you have a sweet tooth like me, you will love the way this smells!

While I do love this soap for its scent, I really wish it were 100% natural. Using this every day irritates and makes my skin break out.

If this was a natural, cold process soap I would give it 5 stars but, since there are chemicals in this it's only getting 4 from me.

The title pretty much says it all- I love, love, love this soap. The bar is pink, the scent is sweet and candy-like, and the lather is plentiful and creamy. Lush scents are fairly complex, and it's difficult to figure out exactly what all the notes are in here. I smell sweet candy, like a slightly fruitier cotton candy. The soap lathers up easily with tons of bubbles. The scent is strong, and it's a real pleasure to use. The one big drawback is that this stuff goes quickly! A bar doesn't last very long (and it doesn't help that I want to keep scrubbing, and scrubbing, and scrubbing, because I love the scent).

Rock Star soap appeals to my playful side and the scent in this soap leaves one a little giddy. The sweet vanilla fragrance is blended with perfumes and the result is something like a spicy vanilla and strawberry milkshake. Can I say yum?



This is absolutely delish and I think they may have added a little cinnamon to the mix. I love keeping lush soaps by the sink because they don't seem to dry out my hands as much as gel soaps. This one is perfect in combination with the Smitten hand cream.



Rock Star soap left me dreaming about buying other "vanilla" themed items like Think Pink (which I tried), Creamy Candy (a bubble bar), Sympathy for the Skin (which I'm dying to try) and Honey Trap (which I just tossed recklessly into my shopping cart). Candy Fluff sounds like it would go well with this experience. If you love this soaps creamy consistency, Gratuitous Violets, Sultana of Soap and Alkmaar will impress.

I was seriously considering buying a bar of this soap, but I was given a free sample of it first. I'm a bit grateful for that, because now I am not sure whether I will spend the money to actually purchase more. The soap is not yellow with a brown honeycomb as it in the picture. The piece I received is a pale brown color; it rather looks like a piece of toffee. It smells like toffee, as well. It doesn't smell quite as delicious as I'd hoped. That being said, it does lather quite well and the smell stays on your hands for hours.

I live in the UK and have loved this soap ever since Lush first started selling it. I have an impaired sense of smell but can *just* pick up the fragrance of this product, which is wonderful. I was delighted when I found that it was available in the USA through Amazon as I was able to send some to a very dear friend to whom I'd raved about it; now she understands :o)



I find that it often comes in awkwardly-sized chunks, but it's soft enough to cut into more manageable pieces. That way you can hide a bit of it away from the children it's far too good for them!

I haven't bought this product but both my sisters use it on all 5 of their kids.



My niece suffered terribly with Eczema, they tried everything the doctor recommended and nothing helped until this soap was suggested. It cleared her up completely, she hasn't had any flare ups since and it's now been about 3 years.



I would recommend this product to any parent who has children suffering from Eczema.
