I love benetint! I have been using it for a few years now - it creates a beautiful, fairly long-lasting color. It serves as a great base color for lipstick. One of the better lip stains out there - I have tried many and most leave a residue. This goes on smoothly, smells wonderful, and you cannot even feel it! Just beware that if you are placing it on dry, cracked lips, the color will settle right in and look a bit odd. However, if you wipe your lips with a moist cloth beforehand, there won't be any problems.

Benefit has got the answer to glowing cheeks and lips. Benetint stays on all day and looks so natural. I L-O-V-E it! I have been using Benetint for over 8 years and have not found anything like it!

I was hoping to be able to use this for my lips & cheeks, but unfortunately it doesn't suit my lips. No matter how little of an amount I put on my lips, the color looks bad on my lips. My BF literally made fun of me/commented on it. He said that it was just too bright for me, and that it just looks like I've been drinking cool-aid or sucking on a sucker. It bothered me, b/c I was really hoping it would look good. HOWEVER, I did think it looked really nice on my cheeks (well, at least my BF didn't say it looked bad...heh) It had a really nice natural rosiness for my cheeks that looked pretty. It has that, "I've just been kissing a guy and am flushed" look that I love. I want to find a product that will do the same for my lips, and this wasn't it, sadly. If you know of another product that gives that look, let me know!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical when I placed the order. However my skepticism wore off when I first used it. I have a medium / olive skin tone and The color is rosy pink therefore it goes perfect for my skin tone and doesn't come out as too red-ish. Recently I've gotten a tan for staying out in the sun too much during summer (more like my face went red), and the color of the tint almost mimicked it very close. So during winter after my tan wears off I can use this tint for sun kissed cheeks look.
The product itself is light weight easy to apply with the brush (then you have to rub it with a finger). I like the smell of rose water. It didn't give me a breakout. Overall I will buy this product again.
I will recommend this product for people with medium to dark skin tone.

I was really excited to get Benetint because of all the good things I've heard about it. When I finally got it, I put it on immediately but was disappointed because it didn't show up that well (I'm tan in the summer and yellow-toned in the winter - it's the Chinese!). Also, it stained my fingers , which faded during the day, but was still bothersome to look at in the first couple of hours. On the plus side, it was really easy to blend because it's liquid and I guess if I had layered on more, it would have shown up better. Also, it smells REALLY good, like a fresh bunch of roses! However, I decided to return this in favor of Tarte cheek stains because the nail-polish application just wasn't working for me. I like Tarte cheek stains better because they're a more solid, gel-like substance and I feel like they show up better. But that's just me! Benetint is good if you can get the hang of the application and don't mind stained fingers for a couple hours after! I only tried this as a cheek stain, since I wasn't looking for a lip stain.
