I stumbled upon eyebrow pencil sharpeners while looking for a blunt sharpener for colored pencils. The smaller of the two holes fits standard colored pencils perfectly (.310" diameter), and sharpens them to a very blunt tip. Some of the cheaper pencils with the "lead" off-center will end up with the wood not completely removed on one side. It is very sharp and cuts smoothly. I did find that if I removed the blade, there is a small steel stop that can be removed to make the pencil sharper, but you don't want these too sharp! Mine came without instructions of any kind - there is a small pick attached to the back that can be used to poke out stuck shavings or broken-off tips. It is stamped "benefit" on the front, but molded into the back is "KUM" and "Germany". Mine also has an extra barrel fitted to the "big" side (.415" dia) that actually can be removed for even "bigger" pencils (.465"), which is not shown on the illustration in the ad.
I did find a similar Revlon sharpener locally for less money, also marked "Germany" and with a molded-in stylized "e" with a crown - I am not familiar with that marque. It is very similar in operation and quality, but somewhat lighter construction and without the removeable steel stop option - the stop is plastic and not adjustable.
